WhatsApp Business Data

When you connect a WhatsApp Business account to Sendiee, we may process data including message content, message metadata (such as timestamps and delivery/read receipts), contact information, and media files sent or received through WhatsApp. This data is processed solely to provide the WhatsApp messaging, automation, campaign, and AI chatbot services requested by you. We do not use WhatsApp Business Data to train AI models for general purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To understand and analyze how you use our services
  • To provide and personalize our WhatsApp AI automation services.

We do not use WhatsApp message content or metadata for advertising purposes or to train AI models for general use. Any AI-related training is restricted to models used exclusively to provide services for your account, in compliance with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

Sensitive data is encrypted before storage.
